The year 2023 is a landmark date for all Perm citizens who profess Islam. The Perm Regional Division of the Central Spiritual Administration of Russian Muslims was established 30 years ago. Perm officials congratulated the authorities of the religious organization.

This has been the 34th competition dedicated to the Year of Teachers and Mentors, as well as to the 300th anniversary of Perm. The best teachers will represent Perm education at the regional stage of the competition.
