The event was initiated by the Perm administration and the Hohhot Department of Culture, Tourism, Radio and Television. The meeting took place in the A.S. Pushkin Library.

The head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Grigory Gurov visited Perm on a working visit. The head of the department got acquainted with the work of the Regional Youth Center, as well as with the infrastructure and event projects that will take place in Perm thanks to the status of "Youth Capital of Russia - 2025".
