Perm has joined the ‘Child Friendly Cities’ initiative to mobilize all stakeholders to design and implement municipal development plans, which will take into account the priorities of children and youth.
On December 6, 2010, official certificates will be awarded to learners of the Japanese Language Courses at Perm Gymnasium No.2.
Perm-Oxford non-profit partnership presented the results of the project “On a Road of Friendship” which won the12th City Competition of Socially Important Projects in 2010.
