Perm wins at the Perm Krai municipal areas and city districts contest

At the Heads of local areas and city districts council the results of the contest for the best social and economic indicators of the year were announced. This year Perm wins at the contest of city districts for the first time. Second place goes to Kudymkar, third place – to Kungur.

The annual contest was established in 2009 among Perm Krai districts with a predominance of urban population and rural areas. Cities are judged by the key performance indicators: population development, profit performance, tax base increase, efficiency of budget allocations, crime rate, reduction of municipal office expenses and others.

The winners are determined based on the best dynamic in the most of the indicators and are getting money reward in amount from 1,6 to 4,7 million rubles.
