Participants included the representatives of the Russian Ministry for Foreign Affairs and local governments. The goal of the seminar was to consider the legal aspects and experience as well as to present the best practices of maintaining international links at the local level by municipal governments.

A ceremonial opening of the registration for the Second Perm International Marathon, scheduled for September 8-9, 2018, was held in Perm.
