The III Youth Forum is the project sponsored by the German-Russian Forum and German-Russian Youth Exchanges Fund.

It is the eighth festival for Perm Region youth cultural and arts groups who perform at a variety of open-space locations in Italian province of Agrigento. The festival has become the symbol of friendship between Perm and Agrigento and is promoted by Agrigento administration and the Russian General Consulate in Palermo.
