The competition jury considered the total of 133 project proposals coming from non-commercial sector, territorial self-government organisations, municipal organisations, NGOs and public foundations.

The ceremonial parade dedicated to the 77th anniversary of WWII Victory was held in Perm.
The march in review by Perm permanent post through the October Square in the center of the city was watched by over 18,000 residents. The Immortal Regiment march was joined by 46,500 people.
