All-Russian Industrial Tourism Forum in Perm

The Forum participants represent large Russian industrial enterprises, tourism  policy-makers at federal and regional governments level, experts in education and tourism.  

According to Department of Economic and Industrial Policy at Perm City Administration, “Moriondigital” in Perm has become the venue for the All-Russian Industrial Tourism Forum. 

The Forum’s programme includes a variety of events  promoting new competences and instruments for those interested in developing the trend:   the plenary session with participation of federal and regional government representatives; the conference  “Industrial Tourism as an efficient instrument in career guidance “; case session with presentations on best career guidance practices in industrial tourism in Russian regions.

Further, the Forum features a special session on methodology to promote children and family tourism, a tool that helps integrate industrial tourism into a tourist product produced by children, with a further view of its dissemination in the Russian  regions. 

Above all, the Forum’s program includes a PROFI Lab – a creative laboratory where forum participants will learn to create concepts for industrial points of attraction by studying the example of  the “Molotov technoland of the future” in the Perm Region. 

Finally, as part of the III All-Russian Industrial Tourism Forum, the Forum participants will take part in  the tour of androids production  “Robots. Perm Period”, organised for the first time in Russia.  The Forum’s  second day features special tours to the largest companies in the Perm Region  with a lot of sightseeing and tasting local food. 

The Forum has been organised by the Perm Region Government, Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Tourism Development Centre of the Perm Region.
