The mayors of municipalities who have arrived in Perm for the General Meeting of the Association of Volga Region Cities have been shown the main city’s objects that were built and renovated for the anniversary.

In the year of the 300th anniversary, our city became the venue of a status event for the Volga Federal District. The mayors of Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Ufa, as well as a number of other Volga region cities and federal officials attended the session both in person and via the Internet.

The government of the Motovilikhinsky City District and Sovetsky District of the capital of Belarus signed the Memorandum of cooperation. For Perm City Administration, this is the first case of such cooperation between city districts.

In order to celebrate the anniversary date, the authorities decided to organize a performance, master classes and interactive zones for the citizens.
