The Central Exhibition Hall and the Perm State Archive have opened a new street exhibition. The project is based on archival materials that highlight the close ties between the locals and the Kama river.

Perm hosts a public forum dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Neighbourhood Assosiations (NA)
The event was part of the III National Conference ‘Initiative Budgeting and Neighbourhood Assosiations’. During the forum, the participants shared their experiences in developing NA and initiative budgeting as mechanisms for local development.

The festival was attended by 15 ensembles from Russia, China, and Belarus, with over than 10,000 spectators from Perm.
