A delegation from Ufa visited Perm

Perm is actively building inter-municipal cooperation. A delegation from the Ufa administration of the Republic of Bashkortostan visited the regional capital.

A working meeting was held in the Perm administration, during which the Perm authorities discussed the development of creative industries with the delegation from Ufa. The guests were greeted by the First Deputy Head of the Perm Administration Yana Furman and the Head of the Perm Administration Staff Alexander Molokovskikh. To transfer successful experience in implementing municipal practices in the field of development and support of creative industries and the development of a regulatory framework in this area, the Director of the Creative Industries Fund of the Perm Territory Yana Nikitina and the Director of the MBU "Perm Business Incubator" Ksenia Maltseva spoke.

Yana Nikitina shared with colleagues the specifics of the development of the regional Creative Industries Fund, regulatory documents, the concept for the development of creative industries, the definition of priority areas and preferential financing. Ksenia Maltseva spoke about the specifics of the Perm Business Incubator: training, tracking, preferential rent, the procedure for assigning resident status, interaction formats and promotion. They also discussed the format and regularity of the fair houses. Let us remind you that the Perm Business Incubator actively supports and develops small and medium-sized businesses in the city. With the support of the institution, entrepreneurs can receive free consultations on issues related to running their business, take part in seminars and master classes on a wide range of topics.

Timur Khafizov, Head of the Department of Economy and Investments of the Ufa Administration, shared information with colleagues about the creative industries management system in Ufa, spoke about the working group for the development of creative industries, priority areas, meetings in the format of "Creative Industries HOUR", city projects (creative spaces, fairs).

Then the delegation visited the School of Creative Industries, a unique space for children's digital creativity in six areas: photo and video production, animation and 3D graphics, design, interactive VR / AR / MR technologies, sound engineering, modern electronic music, after which the guests went to the Perm Art Residence. The Perm Business Incubator hosted a working meeting with Igor Goryachev, designer, member of the Council for the Development of the Corporate Identity "Perm-300", Yulia Suntseva, author of the project "Culturium Creative Project" and Dmitry Reisov, curator of the festival of modern urban culture "MONUMENT ART". The delegation from Ufa highly appreciated the ready-made solutions and productivity of the visit to Perm.
