The Volga Federal District launched the project #MUSIC TOGETHER with the song "The Volga River flows"

Over 400 soloists and creative teams from all regions of The Volga Federal District took part in the project. In the video you can see participants from the Perm Region - singer Lyudmila Zaretdinova and musician Igor Fedotov.

Within six months, the project team led by Timur Vedernikov #MUSIC together visited all 14 regions of the Volga Federal District - from the Volga to the Ural Mountains, and visited modern museums and ancient theaters.

The song was performed by both novice and well-known artists, as well as creative groups, among which are: Olga Kormukhina - Soviet and Russian singer, honored artist of the Russian Federation; Alexander Bardin - soloist of SADKO folk group, honored artist of the Republic of Mordovia; Alexey Belov - Soviet and Russian rock musician and songwriter, producer, leader of the «Gorky Park»group; Mikhail Mosunov - People’s Artist of the Republic of Mari El; The State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Tatarstan - artistic director, distinguished artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Milyasha Tamindarova; creative collective of virtuoso musicians «Volga-folk Band» - conductor Dmitry Butsikov.

The project was implemented with the support of the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, the office of the Plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov, as well as the «DNA Russia» project.
