A Rich Program of New Year and Christmas Events has been prepared for residents of Perm.

Cultural institutions employees traditionally hold various cultural events.

Various events will be held at cultural, sports, and educational institutions, as well as events organized by city district administrations, Territorial Public Self-Governments (TPSs), and public organizations during the New Year holidays. The program includes over 200 events for adults and children.

The Central Ice Complex "Legends of Parma" will be open from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM throughout the New Year holidays.

Starting January 12, the weekday hours will be from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and weekend hours from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM.

Through February 23, the ice complex will be available for visits if the weather permits. Entertainment inside the ice town and entry are free.

From January 2 to 11, an interactive event area named "Father Frost Courtyard" will be available. Festivities will take place on the city esplanade on Christmas Day: interactive areas will be available from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Residents and guests of the city are invited to a concert program.
