In 2005 Eduard Sosnin graduated from the State University-Higher School of Economics  with a degree in management.

Employment

From January 2001 to November 2020 Mr Sosnin worked in the commercial sphere.

From November 2020 to August 25, 2023 he served as Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Perm Krai.

On August 28, 2023 Eduard Sosnin assumed the position of the Mayor of the City of Perm.
